Small caveat: expect to hear far more about Mercer County than you'd imagine out of an 18 year MIDDLESEX COUNTY resident! I guess we can't all have Plainsboro pride... ;-)
While we're on the subject of the K-Dawg, here's a photo of what I made on New Year's Day, which totally ripped off her Christmas meal idea. Ben calls this a "Broc Pocket." I added sun-dried tomatoes, olives, broccoli (obviously), "chick'n," etc., and shaped it more lazily. It was a huge success! Glad to steal from your creative kitchen experiments, Madre.
