'Cesco and friends have reappeared for their summer timeshare at the Webster Hilton on the deck planter in P'boro. They're up to their usual munkchip games: nibbling and burrowing and preening (all while trying to ditch the paparazzo -- what is this, Jon & Kate's house??).
Apparently, 'Cesco 2.0 involves at least two specimen, one of whom is named Parker. My father is cheekily referring to them as the "NKOTB Chipmunks," shorthand for "How embarrassing that [he's] referencing New Kids on the Block in 2009, and by acronym no less..."
We're just very glad they're back, and you should be very glad that I am not posting the other photo my father sent this evening, which only furthers his dual obsessions with mycology and photographing things no one ever wants to see again. In case that needs defining, J, the later group involves pretty much anything related to algae, fungi, mold spores, and most slimy multicellular eukaryotic organisms. Stick to the outdoor pets.
